Afro-Arab President Cuts Sod for Blakk Rasta 30-Unit Housing Project

President of Afro-Arab Group, Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, has cut the sod for the construction of a new 30-unit, three-bedroom housing project at Community 22 Annex in Accra.

The project, being developed by Afro-Arab Properties, will be named in honour of renowned Ghanaian broadcaster and musician Blakk Rasta.

The development is aimed at making homeownership more accessible through a flexible payment plan. Prospective homeowners can start with GH₵10,000 and make gradual payments until they reach the required 40 per cent down payment.

After paying the 40 per cent, buyers can move into their new three-bedroom homes and pay the remaining balance over five years without interest.

As part of the package, homeowners will also receive a brand-new electric vehicle (EV).

Afro-Arab Properties says the initiative is not just about building houses, but about creating communities and providing people with a practical and affordable path to homeownership.

The company is inviting interested individuals and families to take advantage of the opportunity and secure their homes under the new payment arrangement.
