GREPA Installs Emmanuel M. Tawiah as President

Accra, Ghana – April 19, 2026
The Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA) has officially installed Emmanuel M. Tawiah as the new President of the Association following a recent leadership transition and governance restructuring process undertaken by the Board.

The installation ceremony, held at the Lancaster Hotel in Accra, marks a significant moment in GREPA’s institutional development and signals a renewed focus on accountability, execution, professionalism, and strategic industry engagement.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs Victoria Osei Sampah, CEO, Founder & Interim Board Chair of GREPA, emphasized that the transition represents a deliberate effort to strengthen the Association’s governance framework and operational effectiveness.

“GREPA is entering a new phase, one defined by accountability, execution, and institutional discipline. This installation represents a change in leadership and a renewed commitment to advancing professionalism, ethical practice, industry collaboration, and measurable impact within Ghana’s real estate sector,” she stated.

Mr. Tawiah is a seasoned real estate professional and business leader with extensive experience in brokerage, sales, marketing, property management, and strategic leadership. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Goldenpage Realty, a real estate brokerage and investment advisory firm based in Accra, providing strategic direction and overseeing regulatory compliance within the sector. He has also held leadership roles within Ghana’s real estate industry, including positions with i2 Development Ghana Ltd and JL Properties Ltd, where he contributed to sales strategy, market development, and client relationship management for residential and mixed-use developments.

Tawiah assumes office at a time when GREPA is intensifying efforts to support industry development through:

– Regional outreach programs

– Professional standards and ethics advocacy

– Licensing awareness and compliance support under the Real Estate Agency Act, 2020 (Act 1047)

– Strategic engagement with industry stakeholders and regulators

– Capacity building and professional education initiatives

– Technology and innovation within the real estate sector

In his acceptance remarks, Mr. Emmanuel M. Tawiah reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the Association and working collaboratively with the Board, members, regulators, and industry partners to advance GREPA’s mission and strategic objectives.

Speaking on behalf of GREPA members, Nana Noi congratulated Mr. Tawiah on his installation and emphasized the importance of communication, collaboration, and collective support within the Association.

She noted that GREPA’s reach extends beyond Ghana and encouraged the new President to recognize the international scope of his leadership responsibilities.

“GREPA is international in its reach and relationships. Your role as President is not limited to Ghana alone, and we are all committed to supporting you in advancing the mission of the Association,” she stated.

Nana Noi further encouraged Mr. Tawiah to maintain open communication with members and leadership and assured him of the continued support of the Board and GREPA membership.

The Association also reaffirmed its commitment to continued collaboration with the  (REAC) and other stakeholders in promoting a transparent, ethical, and globally competitive real estate industry in Ghana.

GREPA noted that the leadership transition forms part of a broader institutional strengthening initiative focused on governance reform, committee activation, accountability systems, and long-term sustainability.
