TOR beat its revenue target by 150.2%, a welcome shift after years of financial woes and a $540 million debt.
The refinery, capable of processing 45,000 barrels per day, has been mostly dormant since March 2021, needing $25 million to restart as of late 2024. The $2.9 million revenue hints at partial operations, though it’s a fraction of what full capacity could earn at today’s oil prices. It marks a notable uptick after a three-year stretch with little positive financial news.
