THE LAW IS BEING MOCKED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT — AND I NEED YOU TO SPEAK UP

On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, armed police officers led by ASP Malaika-Jabril Alhassan, Mja Kooli of Ghana Police Service acting on behalf of Kofi Amoa - Abban of Rigworld Group Rigworld Solutions Rigworld Training Center RIG WORLD SERVICES and Edward Tetteh Edward Tetteh, stormed our 22.36-acre land in Prampram and used a grader to flatten every structure on site—without any court order.

This was in direct violation of a High Court ruling from July 2024, which clearly allowed Titanium 123 Properties Limited’s grantees to continue construction. The court even reaffirmed that ruling in February 2025, when it refused an application by the same individuals to vary it.

Despite this, over GHS 1 million worth of development was destroyed. Our clients’ investments—fence walls, foundations, site offices, homes—were wiped out. And during this unlawful destruction, Edward Tetteh called one of my associates and said: “New King; New Law”—suggesting that with the new IGP in place, they believe they are now above the law.

At the police station, Kofi Abban is boldly claiming that Retired COP Nathan Kofi Boakye and “powers that be” are fully aware of what is happening. He is openly name-dropping senior officials while over 100 landguards now occupy the land, working freely after destroying what we lawfully built.

Let me ask just one question:

If this land truly belonged to you, Kofi Abban, why did you meet my landowners at the private residence of the Prampram Chief Nene Tetteh Wakah in January 2025—just before the second court ruling—trying to mediate and convince us to sell the land to you, claiming you wanted to build a hospital for the township?

And why was COP Yohuno’s own brother in that meeting, representing you?

That was not the action of someone protecting property. That was the action of someone trying to buy what they didn’t own. And when that failed, you came back with armed men and bulldozers.

Let me be very clear:

I have been in real estate in Ghana for over 10 years.

In all those years, I have never taken anything I haven’t paid for.

I have never stolen land, never defrauded anyone, and never cheated a client.

Even when I’ve bought land that ended up in litigation, I resolved it myself—and paid off my clients out of my own pocket. That is my record, and it is clean.

But since 2021, Kofi Abban has used state security institutions not for justice, but as a tool of intimidation—trying to scare me off land he once tried to buy in secret.

This case has passed through:

 • Prampram Police Station

 • Devtraco Police Station

 • Tema Regional Police Headquarters

 • Police Headquarters in Accra

 • 64 Infantry Battalion

 • 48 Engineers Regiment

 • And finally, the National Security Ministry

And because I’ve been tagged as someone from the outgone NPP government, I’ve been treated like I don’t deserve justice. After the High Court ruling in July 2024—and following a summons to the National Security Ministry by then Minister Mr. Kan Dapaah and Col. Prince Tandoh—I had no choice but to leave the country for my own safety.

I’m speaking to you now from outside Ghana—not because I fled, but because I knew staying could cost me everything.

This is no longer about land.

This is about truth, power, abuse, and the state of justice in Ghana.

So I’m calling on all Ghanaians—civil society, journalists, legal professionals, the youth, and the silent majority—stand up and speak out.

Please share this post. Tag those in power. Let this story be heard.

Because if this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
