President Mahama Embarks on "Thank You" Tour of Northern Region

President John Dramani Mahama is embarking on a "Thank You" tour of the Northern Region today, March 22, 2025, to express his heartfelt gratitude to the people for their overwhelming support during the December 2024 elections. 

This gesture is a testament to Mahama's commitment to acknowledging the contributions of his constituents.

Mahama will pay a courtesy call on the revered Overlord of Dagbon, Yaa Naa Abukari Mahama II, at the historic Gbewaa Palace in Yendi. This visit underscores the President's respect for traditional authority and his desire to strengthen ties with the region's esteemed leaders.

The President will then proceed to Tamale, where he will engage with the public at the Jubilee Park. This event is anticipated to draw a large crowd of party supporters and residents, all eager to hear the President's message of appreciation and commitment. 

Mahama is expected to reaffirm his administration's dedication to delivering on its promises and improving the lives of the people in the Northern Region.
