Kotoka International Airport Terminal 2 is being repurposed for Domestic and International flights

The  Ghana Airport company limited (GACL) aims at establishing Ghana as the preferred aviation hub in West Africa therefore repurposing Terminal 2 at Kotoka International Airport. The project aims to facilitate both domestic and international operations at Terminal 2 to ease pressure on Terminal 3 and maximize unused spaces within the terminal.

The repurposed Terminal 2 is expected to support increasing passenger traffic and congestion at Terminal 3 during peak hours, putting into full use T2 as Ghana is poised to receive additional airlines to operate from Kotoka International Airport in the months ahead.
